Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced and reliable garden maintenance operative to join My Tidy Garden, a fast-growing garden services company in Bournemouth and Poole. You'll be responsible for maintaining domestic and commercial gardens to a high standard, looking after tools, and building relationships with customers. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow within the business.
You'll thrive here if you're self-motivated, confident working independently in customers' gardens, and take genuine pride in the standard of your work. Reliability, honesty, and flexibility are non-negotiable. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll be operating a large company van.

What You'll Do
- Carry out regular garden maintenance including mowing, strimming, weeding, and pruning
- Communicate professionally and warmly with regular customers
- Maintain and clean tools and equipment after every job
- Check and replenish fuel, oil, and other consumables as needed
- Identify and report garden issues or customer needs to the team
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in garden maintenance (essential)
- Good knowledge of plants, tools, and garden machinery
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A friendly, professional manner and confidence in customer interactions
- Physical fitness and a positive attitude toward working in all weather
- A full, clean UK driving licence, with the ability to drive a large company van

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:
- PA1 Pesticide Certificate (preferred)
