Your Role, Your Impact
As a Grounds Person, you will work under the supervision of the Head Groundsman and as part of a small, supportive team maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
General Grounds Maintenance:
- Strimming, mowing, and pruning of shrubs, trees and hedges.
- Seasonal maintenance tasks including planting and weeding.
Hard Landscaping Support:
- Assist in basic aspects of hard landscaping such as paving, fencing, and edging.
Teamwork and Learning:
- Work closely with the Head Groundsman and other team members to learn best practices.
- Participate actively in all training and development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A genuine interest in horticulture and grounds maintenance.
- Willingness to learn and develop practical and theoretical skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Full UK drivers licence
