Senior Gardener Salary: £25,658.74 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday – Permanent role Location: Leeds We are looking for a Senior Grounds Maintenance Operative to help oversee our grounds maintenance team and keep our estates looking clean, safe and well cared for. What you’ll do: Carry out grounds and estate maintenance, making regular site visits and ensuring good quality Lead by example and working alongside the team to complete jobs Check work quality and ensuring health and safety standards are followed Be a friendly point of contact for tenants while working on our estates Support and guide team members, including new starters Deliver short toolbox talks Keep basic records of work completed, materials used and equipment checks Make sure vehicles, tools and machinery are used safely and looked after What we’re looking for: Experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, landscaping or a similar role Someone who is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work Ability to support and guide other team members
