Hours: 40 hours per week, 07:30-16:00, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing grounds maintenance tasks across various locations in South East London. You will manage a mobile round, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of grounds maintenance operatives.
• Perform grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, pruning, and general landscaping.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
• Manage equipment and materials effectively.
• Communicate with clients to ensure their requirements are met.
Requirements:
Essential -
• Proven experience in grounds maintenance.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile round.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
Desirable -
• PA1/PA6 certification.
• Experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
