PFM Group are a multi-disciplined Facilities Management firm, looking after 400+ commercial properties across the UK.
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Grounds Maintenance Operative to support the delivery of high-quality grounds maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites. You’ll be working as part of a small team, reporting to the Team Leader, helping to keep sites safe, tidy, and well-presented.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day grounds maintenance duties (grass cutting, strimming, hedge work, weed control, litter picking, etc.)
- Work alongside the Team Leader to deliver works to a high standard
- Maintain site presentation and take pride in your work
- Follow all health and safety procedures and site requirements
- Complete basic reporting using our JobWatch reporting system
- Look after tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Occasional overnight stays maybe required.
About You
- Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to get stuck in
- Able to work well as part of a small team
- Good attention to detail and a professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
