Job Summary
We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on individual to take ownership of the outdoor spaces and general upkeep across a private farm and a portfolio of high-end development properties.
It combines landscape implementation, estate maintenance. The work will be varied and suited to someone motivated and organised.
Grounds Maintenance
- Grass cutting (formal and informal areas)
- Hedge cutting and shaping (from functional to more ornamental styles)
- Strimming, edging, and general presentation
- Leaf, debris, and seasonal clearance
Estate & Property Upkeep
- General outdoor maintenance across buildings and sites
- Repairs (fencing, gates, tracks, signage, small works)
- Keeping all external areas tidy, functional, and well presented
- Supporting property readiness for sale or occupation
Infrastructure & Practical Works
- Fence installation and repairs (stock and domestic)
- Track and access maintenance
- Drainage improvements and managing wet areas
- Assisting with small building or landscaping projects
Machinery & Equipment
- Operation and basic maintenance of machinery (mowers, strimmers, tractors, etc.)
- Keeping tools and equipment organised and in good working order

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£17.04 per hour
