The role will require strong horticultural and tree knowledge and involve you making recommendations for their selection and assisting our customers with their planting schemes. You will be involved with helping customers who visit the nursery and providing information by phone and email. Developing a good customer relationship is important along with excellent follow-through, and you will be preparing quotes and discussing how to achieve the best outcome for supply, delivery and planting in each case. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, good knowledge of trees and sound commercial awareness.
