Our client, a leading provider of plant care solutions, is seeking a personable and skilled Plant Care Maintenance Technician to join their team in London.

About Our Client:
Our client a UK-based company that specialises in designing, installing, and maintaining indoor and outdoor planting schemes for businesses. They work with offices, hotels, restaurants, and other commercial spaces to create greener, more engaging environments using plants, green walls, and biophilic design. Their team provides a full service from initial design through to ongoing maintenance, helping improve wellbeing, productivity, and the overall look and feel of a space.

About the Role:
As a Plant Care Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance of exterior planting displays. This role involves using your expertise, tools, and knowledge to ensure that all plants are healthy and well-maintained. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Routine maintenance of exterior planting.
• Ensuring the overall quality of maintenance on assigned sites.
• Proper use of exterior watering sources, including hydrants.
• Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exemplary customer service.
• Lifting and moving heavy items as part of the maintenance process.
• Adhering to safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

Essential -
• Proven experience in exterior planting maintenance.
• UK Driving Licence.
• Physical fitness for hands-on tasks.
• Ability to work a full 5-day week.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Desirable -
• PA1/PA6 Spraying Licence.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of local plant species.
• Additional horticulture certifications.
