Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance- Gardening Person to join our team, responsible for ensuring the upkeep and proper functioning of our outdoor and landscape areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance, with practical experience using various tools and equipment.
Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance of gardens, lawns, and landscape features, including planting, pruning.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems to support garden health and aesthetics.
- Perform general repairs on outdoor structures, fencing, and irrigation equipment as needed.
- Assist with the installation and upkeep of new plants or landscaping features.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tools and work areas to ensure safety standards are met.
- Support seasonal tasks such as leaf clearance, soil preparation, or mulching to promote healthy growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems is essential.
- Growing experience or knowledge of plant care and garden design is advantageous.
- Ability to operate various gardening machinery safely and effectively.
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail in maintaining outdoor spaces.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: £20.00 per hour
