We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tractor Driver / Landscaper to join our team. This role combines agricultural machinery operation with hands-on landscaping work, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining land and grounds to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating tractors and related machinery safely and efficiently
- Carrying out groundworks, grading, mowing, and site preparation
- Landscaping duties including planting, turfing, fencing, and maintenance
- Basic machinery checks and routine maintenance
- Working as part of a team to complete projects on time and to specification
- Following all health and safety procedures on site
Requirements:
- Proven experience driving tractors or similar agricultural machinery
- Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or construction work
- Relevant licences or certifications
- Good practical skills and physical fitness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
