Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our growing team.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance and estate services across a variety of commercial and residential sites throughout the South of England and parts of London.
The role will involve both lone working and team working depending on the workload and site requirements. As a mobile operative, you will be provided with a company vehicle and will be able to travel directly from home to site.
Key Responsibilities
- Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
- Hedge cutting and shrub maintenance
- Weed control and spraying
- Litter picking and estate upkeep
- Operating grounds maintenance machinery safely and efficiently
- Leading and supporting team members on larger projects
- Completing site paperwork and reporting where required
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and presentation
- Representing Voryx Management Limited professionally on client sites
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the business
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Minimum 1 year's experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, estate services, or a similar outdoor maintenance role
- Full UK Driving Licence (must have held for at least 2 years)
- Applicants must be eligible to drive company vehicles under our fleet insurance policy so must be over 25
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent reliability and timekeeping
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
- Willingness to take responsibility and progress within the business
- Professional and customer-focused approach
Desirable
- PA1 & PA6 Certificates
- Experience operating ride-on mowers and commercial grounds maintenance machinery
- Additional qualifications within grounds maintenance, landscaping, arboriculture, or estate services
Salary & Benefits
- £28,000 - £32,000 per year depending on experience
- 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
