They are seeking a dedicated and proficient Residential Commercial Works Specialist to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:
As a Residential/Commercial Works Specialist, you will be responsible for small pipe installations, servicing, repairs, drain downs, and power-ups across million-pound residential properties and commercial sites such as office blocks and corporate gardens. You will work independently, often starting your day from home and occasionally visiting the depot for meetings and stock replenishment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct small pipe installations, servicing, and repairs.
• Perform drain downs and power-ups efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship in both residential and commercial settings.
• Manage your schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Attend depot meetings and stock up as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the company's reputation.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in small pipe installations and repairs.
• Proficiency in servicing and maintaining drainage systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
Desirable:
• Experience working in high-end residential properties.
• Familiarity with commercial property maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
