Pay Rate: from £13.47 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

Chappell Enterprises UK is recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable organisation dedicated to enhancing public play areas. They are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Playground Operative to join their play team in Milton Keynes.
About Our Client:
Our client is committed to providing safe and enjoyable play environments across Milton Keynes. With over 400 playgrounds under their care, they are passionate about ensuring each site is well-maintained and inviting for the community.
About the Role:
As a Playground Operative, you will be responsible for the refur play area equipment, ensuring each playground is in top condition. On days when weather conditions are not conducive to painting, you will assist the project team with refurbishing park benches and other tasks. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sanding and painting playground equipment to maintain high standards.
• Assisting with the refurbishment of park benches and other related tasks.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed.
• Collaborating with the project team as needed.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• Proven experience in a hands-on role.
• Patience and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills.
Desirable:
• Experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Familiarity with health and safety practices.
