A position is available for a grounds maintenance person.
An immediate start is available for an exceptional candidate.
The duties will include regular maintenance on a mixture of large private and commercial sites.
The role is physically demanding and will be outdoors in all weather conditions. The candidate will need to be able to meet these requirements.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge and be able to display skill & experience able to demonstrate knowledge and be able to display skill & experience in grounds maintenance. It would be beneficial but not essential to carry certification necessary to the role ie.
Chainsaw license, spraying license pa1/pa? etc.
The candidate must hold a full clean driving licence and must be presentable and able to deal with people in a good manner. The candidate would also be able to display initiative, have excellent time management & display professional knowledge.
Driving is an absolute essential to the role.
