Job Details: Job Location: 1100 Spring Street - Atlanta, GA 30309, The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality of the parking facility and its equipment. This position performs routine inspections, preventative maintenance, general repairs, and facility upkeep to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade training preferred
• Previous maintenance, facilities, or general repair experience preferred; hospital or healthcare experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical systems, or general facility maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods
• Must be willing to work a full-time, flexible schedule for the Grady Hospital position
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
Position Details:
Part-Time – InterContinental Buckhead Hotel
$15.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday
Full-Time – Grady Hospital
$16.00 per hour
Full-time schedule with flexibility required
