We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to help maintain outdoor areas and ensure they are clean, safe and well presented.
Location: SW2 , Tulse Hill
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
Pay: £14.80 an hour
Duration: Temporary
Key Duties
- Grass cutting, strimming and edging
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Weeding, planting and general gardening
- Leaf clearance and removal of green waste
- Maintaining flower beds, lawns and communal outdoor areas
- Litter picking and keeping grounds clean and tidy
- Using and maintaining basic grounds maintenance tools and equipment
- Reporting any damage, hazards or maintenance issues
- Carrying out general outdoor maintenance duties as required
