Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Labourer to join our team and contribute to the creation and maintenance of beautiful outdoor spaces. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, supporting various landscaping projects. The successful candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn new skills. Prior experience is not essential, but a positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions are vital.

Duties

Assisting with planting, watering, and maintaining plants, shrubs, and trees
Preparing soil, laying turf, and spreading mulch or gravel as required
Operating basic landscaping tools and machinery under supervision
Clearing debris, leaves, and rubbish from work sites to ensure safety and tidiness
Digging trenches or holes for planting or irrigation purposes
Assisting with the installation of features such as fences, patios, or garden structures
Supporting team members in completing projects efficiently and safely
Maintaining equipment and ensuring tools are stored correctly after use

Experience

Previous experience in landscaping or gardening is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to outdoor work environments
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately

Pay: £99.00-£144.30 per day
