Chappell Enterprises UK is recruiting on behalf of our client, a renowned company specialising in artificial, natural, and hybrid grass installations for some of the world's most famous sports fields. They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Manager to join their team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
About Our Client:
Our client is a leader in the installation of multi-surface pitches, offering innovative turf solutions that provide sports clubs with more playing hours and faster pitch recovery. Operating from their base in Dubai, UAE, and with a growing office in Riyadh, KSA, they deliver services to clients across the Gulf and East Africa.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will support the Managing Director in designing and leading long-term strategic plans for the Middle East division. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective local and regional strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the planning, technical construction, and delivery of high-quality synthetic turf sports pitches.
- Provide full project account management services to prestigious clients.
- Liaise with high-profile clients, governing bodies, planning authorities, and consultants.
- Represent the client's interests throughout project delivery.
- Offer advice and instruction on project management and delivery.
- Conduct multiple site visits and surveys.
- Engage and manage specialists and sub-contractors.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven experience in project management within sports pitch construction or a related field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera planning.
- Strong analytical ability and financial acumen.
- Ability to adapt quickly to strategic change.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the GCC region.
- Contract negotiation and management skills.
