Salary: £36,400 - £44,200 per year
Hours: Full-time

About the Role:
As a Tree Surgeon - Climber/Team Leader, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tree surgery operations to British standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. Your primary duties will include arboriculture operations such as reductions, felling, and dead wooding, as well as stump grinding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of tree surgeons and groundsmen (Team Leader Only).
- Perform tree surgery operations including reductions, felling, and dead wooding.
- Conduct stump grinding operations.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
- Maintain and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven experience in tree surgery and team leadership.
- Relevant NPTC qualifications.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
- Reliable, respectful, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
Desirable:
- Thames Water Passports.
- Experience working with local authorities and commercial clients.
- Additional arboriculture certifications.
