Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Company and help provide excellent communal garden maintenance services to our Registered Social Landlords (Housing Associations) clients in Walton-on-Thames and surrounding areas.
- Our ideal candidate must be able to work as part of a team and will have experience in grass cutting, strimming, litter picking, hedge cutting, pruning, spraying, and maintaining flower beds & shrubs.
- You must be physically fit, hold a full and clean manual driving licence with no previous motoring convictions or disqualifications, be over 21 years of age (for fleet vehicle insurance purposes), and be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- The role is Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours a week and occasionally we are able to offer Saturday overtime to staff who are interested in topping up their income.
- We offer a competitive salary starting of £13.85 per hour depending on experience, 28 days paid holiday, pension scheme and the opportunity to work in great team within a growing organisation.
- We provide full PPE, uniform and equipment and all parking and fuel is paid for.
