We are a small but growing gardening and landscaping business, looking for a reliable, motivated person who wants to build a long-term career in horticulture and outdoor work.
This role will start at 2–3 days per week, with the opportunity for more days and progression as the business grows. We are looking for someone who either already has some horticultural knowledge, or a strong interest in plants and gardening and wants to develop their skills properly.
The work includes:
- Garden and grounds maintenance
- Lawn care, strimming, hedge cutting
- Plant care and basic pruning
- Assisting with landscaping and fencing projects
- Working outdoors in all weather
- Driving a van
This role would suit someone who:
- Has some horticultural knowledge or a genuine interest in plants
- Enjoys physical, outdoor work
- Is reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Wants to learn and progress in the industry
- Is looking for a career, not just a short-term job
- Has a drivers licence
Experience is helpful but not essential — the right attitude and interest in horticulture matter most.
