Position: Turf & Trials Integration Manager
Location: Bingley
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:15 - 16:15

They are seeking a proactive and dedicated Turf & Trials Integration Manager to join their team.

About the Role:
As the Turf & Trials Integration Manager, you will be the pivotal link between the Grounds and Trials teams, ensuring that all turf and site conditions support the delivery of high-quality research trials. You will lead the strategic direction of turf and grounds standards, develop maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate trial and client requirements into clear turf maintenance strategies.
• Ensure trials take place on surfaces prepared to the highest standards.
• Monitor turf performance and adjust plans to optimise research outcomes.
• Provide expert feedback and guidance to the Grounds team.
• Function as the primary operational link between various internal teams.
• Lead and mentor the Grounds team, ensuring professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in high-performance or professional sports turf environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to convert scientific objectives into practical operational plans.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strategic mindset with strong organisational and planning skills.
• Relevant qualifications (Level 3+, NVQ, or equivalent).
• PA1/PA6 qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• Clean UK driving licence.
Desirable:
• Experience working directly with research or trials.
• Experience with data interpretation and feedback processes.
• Understanding of commercial facility use and client-facing work.
• Degree in a relevant field.
