Our client, a distinguished name in the landscaping industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Supervisor Level / Working Foreman to join their team.

About the Role:
As a Supervisor Level / Working Foreman, you will be at the forefront of executing and overseeing a variety of landscaping projects. Your role will involve leading a team, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage on-site teams to complete projects efficiently.
• Oversee the installation of fencing, patios, turfing, stone work, concrete, and block work.
• Ensure all work meets high-end quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure their vision is realised.
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
Requirements:
Essential -
• Proven experience in fencing, patios, turfing, stone work, concrete, and block work.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
Desirable -
• CSCS certification.
• CPCS / NPORS for plant tickets, specifically Avant 630 and 5 tonne or lower digger.
