About Dearborn Studio

Founded in 2015, Dearborn Studio has evolved into a collection of four distinctive properties, ranging from historic landmarks to contemporary builds. Each space has its own personality and story, yet all share the same values: Different by Design. Curated with Care. Always Agile. Built to Last.

Working with us

Our growth has never been about scale. It has always been about doing things properly, with intention, care and craft. We work collaboratively, take pride in what we do and show up with energy and purpose.

Our culture is grounded in creative thinking and genuine care for our spaces, our guests and each other. We look for candidates whose experience and mindset reflect these values and who want to contribute meaningfully to a growing business.

Our Spaces

Kin House, a Grade II*-listed manor thoughtfully restored and reimagined in collaboration with Barlow & Barlow.
Millbridge Court, a 19th-century house set in the village of Frensham on the Surrey-Hampshire border, blending heritage with a playful, contemporary spirit.
LIMEKILN, a lodge nestled within 60 acres of Sussex countryside and ancient woodland, with interiors by Red Deer.
Hyde House, a restored Victorian house and barn in the Cotswolds, minutes from Stow-on-the-Wold.

Bring your experience. Bring your ideas. Be yourself. We will support you every step of the way as we continue, together, to create spaces and moments that truly matter.
