Are you a reliable, hands-on landscaper who takes pride in producing high-quality work? Chappell Enterprises UK is recruiting on behalf of an established landscape construction company delivering high-end residential projects across Surrey, Berkshire, and London. We are interested in speaking with both experienced Hard Landscapers and capable Landscaping Foremen. Applicants do not necessarily need previous supervisory experience, provided they have strong practical landscaping skills, a dependable attitude, and the potential to progress into a Team Leader or Foreman position.

About the Role:
You will work on premium residential garden construction projects, helping to create well-built outdoor spaces that combine high-quality hard landscaping with thoughtful design. Depending on your experience, you may work as part of an established team or take responsibility for leading operatives and managing the day-to-day running of a site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete hard landscaping and garden construction work
• Client natural stone and porcelain paving
• Build decking, walls, steps, and structural garden features
• Carry out ground preparation, drainage, and foundation work
• Follow drawings, instructions, and project specifications
• Operate landscaping tools, machinery, and equipment safely
Requirements:
Essential:
• Previous experience in hard landscaping or landscape construction
• Practical ability to complete landscaping work independently
• Experience with paving, decking, groundworks, or structural garden features
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
• Good physical fitness and willingness to undertake hands-on work
• Full UK Driving License
Desirable:
• Previous leadership experience for Foreman position
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
