CJ Landscapes are looking for an experienced Landscape Site Foreman to lead teams delivering high-end residential landscape construction projects.

This is a hands-on role for a highly skilled landscaper with strong hard landscaping experience, particularly in paving, decking and structural garden construction, who is confident managing a team on site.

The Role -

As Site Foreman you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of landscape construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will lead operatives on site, coordinate materials and plant, and ensure work is completed to drawings, programme and specification. This role suits someone who takes pride in well-built gardens and high-quality workmanship.

Typical Project Work -

Projects are high-end residential landscape builds and may include:

Natural stone and porcelain paving
Decking installations
Structural garden builds
Retaining walls and garden structures
Hard landscaping and groundwork elements
Drainage and foundation preparation
Premium domestic garden construction

Project values typically range between £50,000 and £250,000.

Key Responsibilities -

Lead and manage teams on landscape construction projects
Allocate daily tasks and ensure productivity on site
Ensure work is completed to drawings and specification
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
Manage materials, plant and site logistics
Coordinate deliveries and subcontractors
Monitor progress against programme deadlines
Liaise professionally with clients where required
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working site
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For -

Previous experience as a Landscape Foreman
Strong background in hard landscaping and construction
Extremely competent with all types of paving
Experience building decking and structural garden features
Ability to read drawings and manage projects to programme
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a site team
High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Full UK driving licence

Salary & Benefits -
