Enviro, The Landscape Group, is a rapidly growing Bristol-based grounds maintenance company operating across the South West. We pride ourselves on our high standards and attention to detail, ensuring that all areas we maintain reflect our professionalism and care.
We are looking to bring in experienced Team Leaders to join our 30 person team. We have vacancies across our operations in both the South and North areas of Bristol - you will need your own means of transport to get to either yards as public transport options are not viable.
We provide a professional grounds maintenance service across a variety of commercial and residential property sites. Our teams are responsible for routine grounds maintenance tasks on-site such as:
- Grass cutting
- Hedge trimming
- Pruning
- Weed control via herbicide spraying and hand-weeding
- Litter picking and waste management
Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate relevant experience in the above tasks and the ability to deliver horticultural projects to a high-standard. A successful candidate will also need the ability to manage a team, prioritise tasks and provide brilliant customer service.
Essential requirements:
Team Leaders are responsible for driving between sites so a driving licence is essential. Relevant horticultural/grounds maintenance qualifications in operation of machinery and PA1/PA6 spraying are desirable but not essential for the right candidate who displays good experience and attitude. The company will support you with your on-going professional development if you are interested in gaining further qualifications in the field.
