Position: Regional Turf Manager

Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 pa

Chappell Enterprises UK is recruiting on behalf of our client, a renowned company specialising in artificial, natural, and hybrid grass installations. Due to their rapid expansion, they are seeking a dedicated and proactive Regional Turf Manager to join their team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
About the Role:
As the Regional Turf Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of pitch maintenance throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will oversee monthly fertiliser, chemical, and cultural operations, manage equipment scheduling, and coordinate with the workshop for maintenance. Financial responsibilities include budget preparation and cost control. You will also liaise with clients to meet their expectations and develop strategic growth plans for the turf maintenance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly fertiliser, chemical, and cultural operations.
- Manage daily/weekly equipment scheduling and maintenance.
- Prepare and manage budgets for turf maintenance.
- Coordinate planned maintenance programmes with clients.
- Develop strategic growth plans in collaboration with the Managing Director.
- Provide leadership and direction to Turf Managers and supervisors.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Extensive experience in natural pitch maintenance.
- Extensive experience within a stadium environment.
- Organised multitasker.
- Process-oriented and results-driven.
- Hands-on approach.
- Proven experience in budget management.
- Strong client liaison skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in a multinational environment.
- Proactive communication skills.
- Ability to navigate cultural nuances in pitch maintenance.
