About the Role
As the Product Support & Sales Coordinator, you’ll be right at the centre of operations by supporting customers, assisting the service team, managing stock, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and has a genuine interest in groundscare equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage stock levels, order spare parts, and ensure the workshop team has everything needed for servicing and repairs.
Operate the trade counter, assisting walk-in customers with machinery advice, parts queries, and product recommendations.
Handle online orders, process phone enquiries, and provide prompt, helpful customer support.
Identify correct parts using technical drawings, manuals, exploded diagrams, and product information.
Support sales of machinery and implements by guiding customers through features, benefits, and suitability for their tasks.
Maintain organised stock systems and ensure accurate data entry.
Engage with customers proactively to promote products, accessories, consumables, and service plans.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, ordering stock and chasing deliveries when necessary.

Requirements
Essential

Strong interest or background in groundscare machinery, such as:
- Ride-on mowers, pedestrian mowers, cylinder mowers
- Compact tractors and attachments
- Strimmers, brushcutters, blowers, and handheld tools
- Scarifiers, aerators, seeders, and other turf implements
Confident communicating with customers at all levels.
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Basic understanding of parts identification, stock systems, or machinery components.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy, practical environment.

Desirable

Experience working in a machinery dealership, trade counter, parts department, or workshop environment.
Knowledge of manufacturers such as Kubota, John Deere, Toro, Ransomes, Stihl, Husqvarna, Hayter, or similar.
Ability to read technical diagrams or identify components for engines, cutting units, transmissions, and PTO-driven equipment.
Previous experience supporting engineers or service teams.
