Position: Operations Manager
Location: South Region (Ideal candidate along the M4 corridor)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Hours: Full-time

Chappell Enterprises UK is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of irrigation and water solutions. They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Contract Manager/Operations Manager/General Manager to join their team as the Number Two for the South Region.

About the Role:
As the Contract Manager/Operations Manager/General Manager, you will be the right-hand person to the Director of Irrigation and Water, John Jinx. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and troubleshooting of irrigation systems across the South Region. Your role will involve project management, team leadership, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the design and installation of irrigation systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot ongoing projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Collaborate with the Director to drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in irrigation system design.
• Proven experience in installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Willingness to travel to Bridgend and Tring.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence, CSCS & SSSTS Card.
Desirable:
• Background in water management.
• Experience with large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with the South Region market.
