Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:30

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of employees to achieve high performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role within a relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of operational procedures and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using various management software and tools to streamline operations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation.
