About the Role:
As a Gardener, you will play an important hands-on role in maintaining and enhancing high-quality gardens and landscaped environments. From lawn care and hedge cutting to planting, weeding, and mulching, you will help ensure every detail is finished to an excellent standard and the grounds consistently look their best.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry out gardening and landscaping tasks including hand mowing, hedge cutting, strimming, weeding, and mulching.
• Support planting programmes and general lawn care, including the application of fertilisers and weedkillers where appropriate.
• Apply practical knowledge of gardening and soft landscaping, with hard landscaping experience welcomed.
• Operate ride-on mowers to maintain larger areas where suitably experienced.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of presentation and attention to detail.
• Follow site procedures and safe working practices while working independently or as part of the wider team.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
• Proven experience in gardening and landscaping.
• Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Practical, reliable, and hands-on approach.
Desirable:
• PA1 & PA6 certifications.
• Experience operating ride-on mowers.
• Experience in hard landscaping.
