Location: Maidstone
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on qualifications
Hours: Full-time, Permanent Please note - A full Clean UK Driving Licence & CS38, CS39 certifications are required for you to be considered for this position.

Due to continued expansion, they are seeking dedicated and experienced Arborists to join their team.
About Our Client:
Our client specialises in grass cutting, landscape maintenance, and soft landscaping. Initially serving local authorities, they now handle projects of all sizes across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent for commercial, public, and private sectors. Our client is a well-established company specialising in comprehensive tree care and vegetation management services. They pride themselves on their commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
About the Role:
As an Arborist, you will be responsible for performing tree care operations, including MEWP, aerial rescue, rope access, and climbing. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the safe and efficient execution of projects, maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform tree care operations, including MEWP, aerial rescue, rope access, and climbing.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project efficiency.
• Maintain and operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Adhere to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in arboriculture.
• Proficiency in MEWP, aerial rescue, rope access, and climbing.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• CS38, CS39 Climbing Certifications
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.
Desirable:
• Utility tickets.
• Additional arboriculture certifications.
• Experience with a variety of tree care equipment.
